Within a Chi Running and Walking course I will cover the following topics:
1) What is Chi running and Chi Walking
It is about turning running in to a safe an efficient activity. It brings many of the principle of Tai Chi into the practice of running and teaches the runner how to run safely and efficiently and provides strategies for dealing with the two forces that all runners come up against; 1) Gravity and 2) the force of the road coming at you.
2) Running Posture
In this section of the course I will help you learn to set up your body so that your structure supports your running, so you can use less muscle power and pass some of the hard work off to your body structure.
